i am building a Ebb/flow you show but dont know how meny times i should flood my system for the begining,middle and end and for how long each time i am using pea gravel

Ebb/Flow pump times depend on many variables. Start with a flooding cycle of 15 minutes each hour and watch your plants. If they start to stress reduce timing to 10 minutes per hour until you find the right timing.
