Light too bright?

I've been using led grow lights to grow my tomatoes, but they always grow too small if they even grow at all, can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? maybe it doesn't even have anything to do with the lights..

Hi Antwon, this is a 'loaded' question meaning it is really open-ended. Small tomato plants could result from inadequate nutrient supply to your plants, over- or under-watering, setting the LED lights too far away from your plants to be of much use or many other possible causes. I'd need some more information to even begin to answer....
