Hydroponic liquid fertilizer is an extremely hard thing to make yourself. You virtually need to be a chemist to mix and measure properly, in my opinion.

I would buy a small amount of liquid hydroponic fertilizer from an online store.

You could also go with a 'tried and true' organic blend found here
