I get the idea that you will be growing hydroponic rice commercially, in which case, I may be able to supply you with growing basics and point you in the right direction for research.

Hydroponics is a hobby with me and I know that going commercial involves a whole range of licensing and knowledge which I do not have; so I can only point you to basic info.

Rice needs to be flooded a good portion of the growing season and as to where specifically to get seed...I do not know.
