A 'Tier 2' page is one link from the homepage; all tabbed pages on the Nav Bar are Tier 2 pages. 'Tier 3' pages are those linked to from Tier 2 pages.

Different rates are available for ads placed on Tier 2 and Tier 3 pages and whether they are above or below the fold meaning are they viewable on the first page of the webpage or are they only viewable after 'paging down'.
